Proposal for breeding or keeping animals submitted to Natural Resources Conservation Agency (BKSDA):
Copy of Identity Card (KTP) for individuals or individuals and notarial deed for business entities.
Business Interference Free Letter from the local sub-district. This letter contains a statement that the activities of breeding and raising animals do not disturb the surrounding environment.
Written evidence of parental origin. This evidence contains requirements regarding the parent of the animal being kept. Parent protected animals to be kept must come from animals that have been registered as animals that are kept or legally bred as well. This means that wild caught animals are prohibited from being kept because they do not meet these requirements. This is where it is known that the conditions for the animals to be kept have passed 3 generations of captivity by humans.
After the conditions are met, the next steps are:
Report of technical readiness, including cages for breeding or rearing protected animals, readiness of feed in maintaining protected animals, equipment for keeping animals, and so on.
Recommendation letter from the head of the local Natural Resources Conservation Agency (BKSDA).
